Doug Solomon is a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers).  Doug joined Barclays Capital in 1999.  Currently, Doug manages and originates Barclays’ medical technology business, and historically, executed mergers and acquisitions across the healthcare spectrum, including life sciences.  During Doug’s ten years of banking experience, he has led the execution of numerous capital raisings and M&A transactions totaling over $70 billion.  Doug holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
