
The Organizing Committee strongly suggests that you register early to ensure your confirmation, as registration will close when the capacity of the venue is reached.
On-line registration is available on this Conference Website. Alternatively, you may download a printable, faxable registration form. Registrations sent via e-mail cannot be accepted.
Conference Registration Fees
Payment of the Full Registration Fee includes the following:
- Entrance into all sessions
- All official Conference materials
- Refreshment Breaks – December 4 -5 ,2008
- Gala Reception – December 4, 2008
- Breakfast – December 5, 2008
- Lunch – December 4-5, 2008
REGISTRATION FEES
Early Registration Fee: $500
(registrations received before October 6, 2008)
Regular Registration Fee: $600
(registrations received after October 6, 2008 and on or before December 1, 2008)
Onsite Registration Fee: $700
(registrations received after December 1, 2008)
*Please Note: SEBIO will distinguish investors from other attendees with a special name badge ribbon. When you register, please check if you are an investor if you fall into one of the following categories:
1. Member of a venture fund
2. Strategic or corporate investor
3. Investment banker
4. If none of the above describe your investor status, but you believe you qualify as an investor, please e-mail registration@sebio.org
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation of registrations postmarked on or before September 23, 2008 will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellation of registrations received after September 23, 2008 and on or before November 4, 2008 incurs a fee equivalent to 50% of the registration payment.
No refund will be issued for registrations canceled after November 4, 2008.
Golf
On Wednsday December 3, 2008 the SEBIO Golf Outing is scheduled, with a modified shotgun start at 1:00pm on the Palmer Course of the PGA National Resort and Spa, at a cost of $240. Golf registration is accomplished via online registration.
Student Registration: $200
A limited number of student registration are available. To complete a student registration please print and complete the Student Conference Registration Form and return with a copy of your valid student ID.
To register via fax or postal mail:
Print and complete the Conference Registration Form.
Fax or mail the completed registration form along with registration fee payment to the Conference Secretariat.
