SEBIO 2009 will be hosted by the The Charleston Place Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. The SEBIO Investor Forum has a special reduced rate for attendees of $265 plus taxes for deluxe accommodations at The Charleston Place Hotel.  Our 2009 SEBIO conference dates are December 2-4, 2009.  However for your convenience, our rates are valid between November 29, 2009 and December 7, 2009.  A major credit card will be required at the time of the reservation and there is a 72 hour cancellation policy. The hotel will honor the conference rate as long as rooms are available. SEBIO 2007 & 2008 sold out their host hotels, so we recommend you book early!

Room reservations can be made one of two ways.  First by phone, call The Charleston Place reservations at 1(800)831-3490.  Please indicate to the reservationist that you are booking a room in conjunction with the "Southeast BIO Investor Forum” to obtain the special reduced rate.  The reservations department is open Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm.   Or one can make a reservation via e-mail at: groupres@charlestonplace.com, again be sure to indicate you are with the group “Southeast BIO Investor Forum.”
